Double-row cylindrical roller bearing

The double-row cylindrical roller bearing is a precision bearing specifically designed for working conditions with ultra-high radial loads. Its load-bearing capacity can reach 1.5 to 2 times that of a single-row bearing of the same size, while maintaining excellent rotational accuracy and rigidity.

1.High stiffness and load-bearing capacity: The double-row cylindrical roller bearing has smaller-diameter rollers but a larger quantity, which endows it with high stiffness. The two rows of rollers are arranged in a staggered manner, further reducing the variation in stiffness and thus improving the load-bearing capacity of the bearing.

2.Outer ring without rib design: The outer ring of the double-row cylindrical roller bearing usually has no rib design, which makes the machining more convenient.

3.Adjustable radial clearance and preload: By axially moving the inner ring, the radial clearance and preload can be adjusted, further optimizing the performance of the bearing.

4.Heat dissipation performance: The use of a solid brass cage helps with the heat dissipation of the bearing.
